Coaching That Understands ADHD

Living with ADHD can affect every aspect of daily life—from managing time and staying organised to maintaining relationships, regulating emotions, and feeling confident at work.

I know – following a series of challenging life events, I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 40s. So began a transformational journey in learning how my ADHD had negatively impacted my life, and how I could learn to use my personal strengths and ADHD to my advantage.

As an ADHD coach, I provide evidence-informed, strengths-based coaching designed specifically for adults with ADHD. Rather than focusing on what you struggle with, we’ll work together to identify your strengths, understand how your brain works, and develop practical strategies that fit your life.

Coaching isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you build systems, habits, and confidence so you can achieve your goals in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Every coaching relationship is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your individual needs.

Who I support

Discover tailored coaching strategies designed for adults navigating ADHD and compulsive behaviours.

Adults with ADHD

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have known about your ADHD for years, coaching can help you better understand how ADHD affects your everyday life.

Together we’ll work on challenges such as:

  • Organisation and planning
  • Time management
  • Focus and productivity
  • Emotional regulation
  • Motivation and procrastination
  • Building confidence
  • Relationships and communication

Creating routines that work for you

Adults with ADHD struggling with Addiction or Compulsive Behaviours

Many adults with ADHD experience addiction or compulsive behaviours alongside the challenges of ADHD. Impulsivity, emotional regulation difficulties, and executive functioning can all play a role.

Coaching offers practical support to help you:

  • Develop healthier daily routines
  • Strengthen executive functioning skills
  • Reduce impulsive decision-making
  • Improve self-awareness
  • Build sustainable habits that support long-term recovery

Coaching complements—but does not replace—medical, psychological, or addiction treatment.

LGBTQ+ Adults with ADHD

Everyone deserves support that feels safe, respectful, and affirming.

Research consistently shows that LGBTQ+ individuals experience Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at significantly higher rates than their cisgender and heterosexual counterparts.

I offer inclusive coaching for LGBTQ+ adults with ADHD, recognising that many people navigate additional challenges related to identity, relationships, minority stress, and accessing appropriate support.

Coaching provides a welcoming environment where you can explore your goals, develop practical ADHD strategies, and move forward with confidence while being fully yourself.

Services

Below are the core services I offer.
For clients who benefit from additional encouragement, optional accountability support is available between coaching sessions to help maintain momentum and stay focused on your goals.

Every coaching journey begins with an in-depth conversation about your experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals.

Together we’ll create a personalised coaching plan that reflects what matters most to you.
